A deformed panther’s face is depicted on the back. Most existing Viet Nam jackets feature a map pattern, making this type of embroidery rare. It also features a Vietnamese landscape on the right chest, the three characters “Fukurokuju” (meaning “good fortune”) on the left chest (usually just “Fuku”), and a larger dragon on the sleeve, all based on an extremely rare vintage item.
