Description
A reversible type Betojan that is rare even in vintage. It was ordered by a soldier stationed in the Vietnamese city of Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City) in the mid-1960s, and the cotton twill surface is a very rare tiger pattern with a deformed shape. The nylon ripstop surface is embroidered with a map pattern featuring colorful colors.
VIETNAM JACKET
Like Sukajan, which was born in postwar Japan, the Souvenir jacket that was born during the Vietnam War in the 1960s and 1970s is commonly known as Betojan. Two types of fabrics, cotton twill and poncho liner with camouflage pattern, are mainly used, and the pattern is embroidered with thick matte colored threads.
