Description
This is a real panel border T-shirt manufactured by an American swimwear manufacturer that has been working on wool swimwear since before the war. Following the way wool borders were made at the time, the round body has a panel-like border that is knitted instead of printed. It is thought that the design was devised with lifesaving in mind as sea bathing and sea leisure wear, which was more dangerous than today.
