Description
The US Navy Wet Weather Parka is a lightweight pullover design foul weather garment. Synonymous with the Navy Beach Battalions of the D-Day invasion of June 1944. This very practical wet weather garment is light and uncumbersome, but at the same time stout and robust.
The rubberised cotton ensures excellent resistance to wet conditions and packs down to reasonably small volume so can be easily packed into a walking bag.
This version comes with a lace front closure as opposed to the metal clip of the previous model. Around the bottom of the garment is an internal rope draw string to pull in the hem.
